How does 'Hayat OptiSkin' Serum in work?

It supports skin elasticity and the anti-oedema effect to improve eye contour appearance for a rejuvenated look. It is has a texture that helps the hydration, and it provides a silky effect on the skin.

What is Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5?

Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5 is a known humectant or hydroscopic moisturizer which helps reduce eye puffiness and dark circles around the eyes; improve skin elasticity around the fragile eye area as we as over all smoothness. It also lightens dark circles and rejuvenates the look.

Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5 inhibits collagen glycation, preventing the loss of elasticity and eye bag formation. Glycation normally causes abnormal, disorganized cross-linking in collagen fibers. Rather than having all of your collagen fibers working together in a unified, organized fashion, glycation causes skin to be less elastic. It also decreases the vascular permeability and as a result, it prevents liquid accumulation responsible for eye bags and dark circles.

What is Acetyl Hexapeptide-8?

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, the first peptide for the expression of wrinkles. Also known as AHA-3, is used as a muscle relaxant. It is believed to inhibit the release of neurotransmitters and relax the facial muscles, thus reducing expression lines and wrinkles.

This hexapeptide mimics the N-terminal end of SNAP-25 and competes with this natural protein for a position in the SNARE complex. As a result, neurotransmitters are not released efficiently, and facial contractions are weakened, and muscles are relaxed, thus inhibiting the formation of wrinkles.
